Why have a forum on affiliate marketing if you are going to kick other people in the face if they are asking for help/advice? :repuke: Not that I am suggesting you do the work for them but honestly, if you have nothing else to contribute other than bragging about your daily take (which is bullshit anyways) why don't you just fuck off and abuse people on a bipolar forum? If you bother to look around, you'll notice that unlike most other affiliate forums, there are people posting fairly explicit guides for some rather advanced techniques.
Rage9 has posted a script to help people game Facebook's stupid interns.
Words&Images has posted a qualitative analysis of creating good Google PPC ads.
Jon's put forth a thread exposing "gurus" and puts their contents at the price they should be: free
And many many others have contributed.
If people want basic advice, they can go and learn it for themselves. It's fucking everywhere. However, this place probably has more the same amount and level of quality information as you'd expect to find in a coders forum if you're not a complete moron and know how to use the forum's search function.

It's because you haven't figured out the culture of this forum yet. And judging by the calibre of your post, I doubt you ever will. I haven't posted much, but I've been reading and watching enough to know that you can't just come out and ask for the answers. People are protective of their secrets because it's easy to ruin it for yourself by giving too much away.
That said, the way you get respect here is to provide value to others and when you need help yourself, to demonstrate that you have already made a substantial effort yourself and now that you're stuck on something, ask for suggestions on how to progress further. That way show that you're a doer and not a talker.
When I see that happening, I see people freely giving away ideas, suggestions and insights. This is not Digital Point. If you come out with "I'm a noob help plz kthxbye", you'll only get spat on.

Yeah there are some great posts here, but you have to either get lucky or know exactly what to type into the search box.Some of us noobs are not internet savvy nor technically savvy. The gurus prey on that. They write pages and pages that explain very little.
