Anyone know of any host and/or host & post ringtone offers that are left and payout out something reasonable...?

Anything besides copeac?

Here are some recent offers that have dropped payout ...

Sendmemobile - changed their whole payout model to only non same day terminations.

Rocketprofit -dropped from $16-$17 to $9-$10
 


You can work a deal with some networks if you produce a high amount of volume.

Otherwise I think you are shit out of luck.
 
I do a lot of volume....just looking for another company / offer to expand to...

would be nice if the xy7 site worked...i'll check it later ...tks
