Right now, I'm only a member of Clickbank and CJ but I can't find a niche to promote. Some products I was thinking about getting into was Earth4Energy or something to do with weight loss but they might be too competitive for my first landing page.

Do I have a chance if it's my first niche?

Any niche you suggest as a beginner?

I understand I should promote something I'm interested in, but those subjects would be art, games, music..and I don't see much money in them.

Video games and music are huge. Building and SEO-ing the poop out of a video game or music-related site can yield great returns.

PS her tits look like they're about to pop.

Would these be good niches as my first type of sites?

they do look like theyre about to pop :banana_sml:

Well, sure. But you can also run iTunes through Linkshare. Maybe do a music-review site or something.

I was selling my own music on iTunes for the past few years before I stumbled into this AM business and realized I could be getting paid TWICE for the customers I referred there. Not sure what the hell that has to do with this thread, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

I see that question a lot. I don't think there is any real answer for what is the best niche for you to build your first site/campaign on. My advice is to just jump in head first and try to learn something along the way. If you're going to do PPC, don't be afraid to lose a few bucks at first.

It also helps a great deal to stick with stuff that interests you, like the things you mentioned above. Then again, a lot of dudes are making a killing off wiener pills. Could they have a genuine interest in them? We may never know...

pick one and do it.
That's it.

It helps if you have knowledge or an interest in it..

Hi

You are right in what you say, you really REALLY need to choose in a niche that means something to you. Something that you really have an interest in

So lets look, you are interested in art, games and music

You say there is no money in that ??!!! You need to think 'outside the box'

Dont take you interests on face value, go deeper into them. I cant give a lot of advice on your interests as they are not my niche areas

Ok, lets take 'music' as your niche

So what type of music ?

Whats your favourite artist / group / performer etc.. in that music type ?

You see ?? Start off at the basic, then go as deep into that as possible, for example...

- I like dance music
- My favourite dj is Tiesto

So what could I do ? Well Tiesto has records, sells tickets to gigs, clothing, merchandise and so much more

All of which you should be able to find affiliates for !

Even the smallest of niches can be profitable, you just have to have a passion for your niche for longevity.

My passion is learning to make money online, so that is what I am building my business around

Hope that helps

Peace

Dean ;)

I see this so much and it is starting to grate. If you're treating AM as a business then it shouldn't matter a bit whether you 'like' or 'enjoy' what you're working with or not.

If you're treating your project as a labour of love then yes, make sure it's something you can get into. If you're trying to make money of it then pick something profitably, get your head down, and just fucking do it.

Once you know what you're doing, then you automatically get the opportunity to pick and choose those projects that you 'like'.
