seriously, Indians are great people. except the ones that steal your money on Odesk and GAF.
 
I seems to have got approved from COPEAC but I need to confirm if check is the only way to get paid by them ?

It is used in a derogatory way to mock people of middle eastern descent. Made famous by the movie Team America: World Police.

The Indian connection: some people think India is in the middle east and use it as an insult against Indians - maybe these guys.

well said. We do have affiliates from India we just require they work harder at proving they are real affiliates
