Looking for a designer to help aggregator site more professional

I have a site up and running that aggregates "stuff"... I believe strongly in building sustainable business models, so although I'm getting thousands of pages of information, it's all legal, and it adds value in the marketplace.

I dont' plan on posting my niche or specific strategies in here, otherwise, the whole system's gonna be abused

My problem right now is changing my site from one that looks spammy to one that looks good, and that I'm comfortable promoting for real.

I'm looking for a wordpress design and development guru to help me out. You must be familiar with PHP side, as well as good with design / CSS.

I will be taking care of all content writing, aggregation, SEO promotion and monetization; while you will be taking care of all design and whatever custom programming is required.

In exchange, we will split the profits on the first site we customize, so you get money back right away. From there on we will work on a deal that makes us both very happy...

Most designers aren't looking for business propositions, they want to get paid for their work. Not a split of some shitty site's profits.
