my ex called me today and i havent seen her in about a year and a half.. that is when we broke up. she wanted me to go to her place.. for you guessed it, and she was really blunt about it. i would really like to see her again b/c i miss her alot and think about her constantly. when she called my heart was beating like mad. i didnt accept her offer b/c i know we are horrible for each other and it will just end up in a relapse, get back together, then break up again. we even argued a bit on the phone because i'm still bitter about how she treated me way back in the day. she moved on while we were apart and broke up with that person.... she says she is well over me but i'm not over her which makes seeing her extremely hard without wanting to get back with her.

... i'm confused about what to do. ive met a few girls since i've been with her (just for one date sorta thing) and had no interest in them at all. so my girl prospects are pretty much zero without my ex, and they dont seem to be getting better with time. oh yeah and my hair is thinning.

avoid her at all costs. you are WATCHING yourself get sucked into a vacuum that will pull you back 1.5 years with potential collateral damage to the future.

your hair is thinning... so why waste another single strand on a sure loser?

You should spiff yourself up and hit the bar. Find some lonely chick and sit next to here, keep playing with your phone for a while, wait till you see someone else in the bar doing something and make a little sly comment about it to break the ice then it's all finness man.
 
she might be trying to trap you...make sure you use a condom and dispose of it properly if you decide to bang her.
 
Its been said already, but as someone who has relapsed before, a few times actually, I can say that I had no choice but to relapse... and I lived.

+1. Just FYI I fell for this about 1.25 years ago before I got with my current GF and dont get me wrong, it was a nice fun night of sex and shit but - boy did it get really fucked up after that.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. TRUST ME!
 
the reason why you are not over her, is because you havent been investing your time in meeting new women. Your too busy thinking about her, while she has moved on. Fuck her, its up to you to make the change/transition to a better girl.

There are many out there, if one doesnt work, go to the next.
