creative way to promote email submits

So I was browsing youtube and I came across some video that had a link to this site that basically says "hey, my fine ass blonde wife cheated on me [insert pictures] and if you submit your email I will show you all the (naked?) pictures.

I can see some potential in this but I don't think it would be too profitable for the advertiser.

i'll probably get flamed for asking this but wouldn't that technically be incentiving the traffic since naked pictures is an added bonus outside and unrelated to the offer?

I realize some offers CAN be incentived and maybe my understanding of what that actually means is off.

Apparently I now have negative 28 million reputation for saying something dumb so I'm going to be prefacing all my potentially dumb statements now.

You know, I actually also thought that this is incentivized traffic which is why I also mentioned that the leads would be lousy and the advertiser would cut off your traffic.
 
Next question, wouldn't your post be considered outing someone's LP since you posted a link to the specific one you were describing?
 
If its an email submit incentive offer. The offer will get scrubbed like no other :)
