No 5 is too many. The magic number is exactly 3 affiliates. Any more than that will slow down your system and waste your time. Any less you won't earn any money. You need 3 and only 3.

Oh and you can expect 150k in revenue a day from 3 affiliates.

All jokes aside - Start small if this is your first Affiliate Marketing program. There are unexpected twists (bad ones) on the merchant end that you should be sensitive to before going full force.

All joke aside 5 is too little unless 1 or 2 least a super affiliate. Since you no seem to know what you doing I no think you attract super affiliate. Theerfor I no think it enough.
