SocialMedia - What the fuck

I decided to give SocialMedia a try, so I deposited $100 into my account. After creating three ads that resulted in nothing but blank pages, I figured it was too buggy to use, so I withdrew my funds. Except it gave me an error and I'm not seeing the $100 back in my Paypal account.

Where the hell did my money go? I opened a ticket with them, but I know practically nothing about this company other than their ad platform doesn't work and some people have somehow made money with them.

Am I going to get my money back, or is it lost forever?

I used social media once. It went through $50 in funds in 5minutes to an offer I was converting at 30 Percent. Not a single conversion. I just withdrew my funds from this scam as quickly as I could and then got it put back into my bank account. I'm pretty sure they're sending a collector after me. I don't answer my phone if I don't recognize the # anymore.

The fucking douchebag that keeps calling one time said, Hello Nathaniel it appears you've won an amazing prize call me back it's time sensitive. Stupid bitch.

A collection agency for $50 probably not worth their time. Then again you never know, counter suing them in a local small claims cout would really wreck their day, haha.
 
It's Monday and I still haven't heard anything from them.

I filed a dispute with Paypal. What a shitty service.
 
Fucking shit.

SocialMedia is worthless, and Paypal is incompetent. I escalated this issue to a claim in paypal's system, and according to them, I received a refund on the day I requested one. The thing is, there are no refunds under my account in months! Paypal is fucking worthless.

Don't do business with SocialMedia.

Sorry Alex. You really can't buy "social marketing optimization" for a hundred bucks. You knew that, right?
 
They only send payments on Friday. Sometimes they feel like paying out and other times they pull a fast one on you. For instance last week I paused all my campaigns since they were converting like shit, cashed out whatever money I had left in my account. That Friday I didn't get my payment, even though I cashed out on Tuesday. So I figured they were a day later or something. On Saturday, I see all this traffic coming in from SocialMedia. I log back into my SocialMedia account all my ads are running and my balance was completely depleted. If you want it by next Friday have your withdrawal by Wednesday and monitor your shit if you don't get your payment on that Friday.

Their system is so buggy and the traffic is garbage. If you toy around a little bit you can find a bunch of expolits ;)

Do you even know what I'm talking about? Their system is like Adwords. I deposited $100 to give it a try.
 
Everyone is quick to bash. I made crazy money on there at one point but everything about the system has gone downhill recently. I havent ran there in a while because they have tons of glitches. Give them a call im sure they arent stealing your money.
 
Ok, maybe Paypal doesn't suck. I managed to get ahold of a human being on the phone, and he assured me that the dispute will be decided in my favor since SocialMedia isn't providing them with any info.
