Of course it's basically a scam, like 90% of CPA offers on every network. You can't have much of a conscience and do CPA in the high volume niches.

A simple litmus test- would you recommend the offer to your kid sister or grandmother? No sense in sugar coating what is completely obvious. Call it for what it is and either deal with it or promote something else.

The TOS line -- or in other words, "stupid" people deserve to get fucked -- is a total pussy move. It's a cop out in the most obvious way.

A cursory reading of the FTC website makes it more than apparent that everyone here is a deceptive advertiser within the spirit of the law. Claiming anything else when doing AM in weight loss, ringtones, grants, or any other scammy re-bill flavor of the month is total BS.

Yeah we all gotta make a living, and I'm as guilty as anyone, but call a spade a spade people.

For some reason I find it hilarious scamming the shit out of stupid people..

Maybe cause it's the only way for them to learn? Maybe just cause it's funny..

It's not a scam at all, I got my $10,000 check in 4 days and google pays me $5,000 a month to post links...

How much did it cost your conscience ? Especially if your not making it obvious to the customer that the program is setup to make sure they spend $XXX before canceling the credit card rebilling.
