should I put a company name that I created out of thin air and my po box as whois so people would stop getting my personal infos, will i get in trouble with ICANN or internic that they gonna take away my domain?
 


I am not saying anything but there have been "rumors" that you can not get into trouble with Whois data unless UDRP comes up or someone wants to reverse-hijack your domain.

If you don't want to get 'in trouble' , and at the same time don't want every average dick jane, etc getting your whois info, then look into getting a private whois from your registrar. Some include privacy such as namecheap, others like godaddy charge an additional 5$ or so per year for it.

Here's an example of a private whois of a domain registered thru dreamhost.

thanks for the replies i'm the type of guy that doesnt wanna spent 5 extra dollar on private whois or getting expensive domain at namecheap lol
 
I use estdomains.com because the privacy whois is part of the package. I believe their .coms are 9.49.

It's worth it x's infinity.
