Stop looking at the network offers. Go out and find some in-house offers. They ususually convert much better and there is far less competition.

No. Find a company that runs their own AM program. Not a great example, but Amazon is such a company.
The best bet is to find a product that is selling well. Then google search the name of the product and affiliate program. You might find a few companies that sell this product and run their own program. If you're absolutely lazy, you can look to other networks like CJ or SAS, but even those have some competition.

My product is selling well. Huge growth, short amount of time. This system JUST started in Feb. Builds lists, converts, handles contact management, sends automated emails on your behalf to all your visitors. System tracks what ad campaigns are converting. I personally call as many of my visitors as I can. Actually speaking to someone on the phone helps convert. A lot of momentum in the first month. My sig'll take you there.
