I am looking for someone who provides good work, but at a very good price as we have already paid to have these sites coded but got scammed!

Unless you were a lil odd in the first place and drew up a desktop application concept design.

Either way, even if Visual Basic doesn't make a whole lot of sense, someone could be paying for someone who might be able to write an ASP/VBScript page from the design.

So ya, some clarity always helps.
