... What does this mean ... im just trying to advertise on fb does this got anything to do with meh ?
 


No, it just has to do with email marketing.

It means if you email to the addresses on the suppression list, they'll can you from the network. Don't worry about it with facebook.

No, it is for email marketers so that they can use the list to scrub against their own marketing lists so that they don't send out bulk emails to spam complainers and spamcops.
