Yep, it generally took me a whole week. You need to hit up their support staff to wake them up. They slack on activating your campaigns.

You need to get a direct contact.

That is the best way to go with every media buy you enter.

All these networks are getting a lot of attentions in the past few months so they can choose to be snobby, take a long time to respond and only give shitty traffic...

If you are planning on spending a decent amount with them, I'd try to get in touch with them and get an experienced rep. Now if you are good with optimization, you will be better than they are. But if you are new to optimization they may be able to help you, but make sure you use common sense with any of their suggestions.

You will have much better control though if you at least have a rep who oversees your account on a daily basis. Their reps get paid if you spend $$$, so they are usually willing to help.
