How Do I Cloak Direct Links?

I'm looking to cloak a direct link for an offer without using a domain. How can I do this? Is there a way to do it with Prosper or will a URL shortener do the trick too?

If you don't want a registered domain to host your prosper202 install, you'll need to register with tracking202. Free PPC Affiliate Tracking Software | Tracking202 - follow the instructions and it will give you links, use those links in your campaigns.
