I've been watching the Ultimate Fighter all day.

Ken is one crappy coach to his team. If his work ethic is similar in his own training then it's no wonder he can't hold his own..

For you guys too cheap to get the PPV this weekend (I'm a cheap bastard too) check with your local Hooters, they always have the UFC in Richmond, VA.
 
I am PST and it is playing at 8 as well... Looks like they'll play it at 8 regardless of time zone, so not live (maybe for EST though.)
 
the thing with shamrock is that he's the same shamrock he was years ago. other fighters have improved their game, learning more ground and standup. a good fighter will constantly improve, i dont think he has.
 
damn i'm about to miss the fight! i'm stuck in this place, but rob said he'll record it so i'll get to see it tonight.

Was that the Matt Hammil one? I was actually disappointed with that one overall, only because I keep waiting to see Matt absolutely explode with some striking. As soon as he goes up against an experienced fighter they're going to drop him with a knee because he always throws, and lowers his head too much at the same time.
 
Matt Hammil fight was ehh. Matt isnt expierenced enough to fight anyone good imo.

Ed Herman I KNEW he was going to lose. I do not like him at all and he doesnt seem like anything they made him out to be on TUF

Kendall Grove did exactly what I thought he was going to do. I predict a belt for this guy sooner or later.

TITO fucked ken up. ken retired, as tito said he was going to do. retire ken. he did it. Kens washed up. Tito is gonna get his ass handed to him against chuck though.
