I recently typed in one of my (flog) domains into google by accident and the first page of results were all of people telling others to stay away from the site. (Really drove home what I'm doing, and made me feel like shit, but anyway...)

My question is this: Do you create new domains when your sites start becoming popular to try and keep more under the radar?

Just build a good reputable site from the beginning and you won't have that problem.

Think long term bro

Having said that, if you are getting seriously flamed BUT the campaign is still profitable id just keep running it. If and when things start to turn abandon it and start over, hopefully with something that doesnt suck

Not only that, but it also helps deter people targeting your site for adware impressions.

Is there a script that exists that blacklists IPs after suspicious viewing patterns and redirects all blacklisted IPs to the land of spinning penises? Something I would gladly pay for.

Yes change your domain and leave a non-converting version of your flog up at the old domain to get stolen. If you are sending enough traffic to it that it shows on Alexa and such that's just asking for someone to steal your LP because it shows it must be good if you have been sending tons of traffic at it for months. For only $10 you can change every month and if you are doing any volume I'd say that price is well worth it.

Do it if you hate free traffic. Seeing an average of 10-15 sales from organic traffic. And people that actually bother to search for your site to find out more, wouldn't convert anyway.

That is a good point. Organic traffic is nice. I haven't noticed organic sales yet but have noticed lots of peopel directly typing in my domains. I'm just wandering about the sales I might have lost from people typing in the address into google (or the google search toolbar) by accident.

Also, I like the point about not appearing too profitable. I tend to make a mental note of competitors landing page that keep on appearing. Don't want to give the impression that my sites are making money.

I think its a difficult one, but the lazy side of me can't be bothered to change things though...

I get like 30-40 sales a month from organic traffic. Not bad for not doing anything.
