Have you tried contacting their affiliate portal site? I just checked and I got paid. The Non-US/US version of their payment site is Make Money Online

Maybe they are not really your friend

Seriously, contact them and make sure all your paperwork is correct. In the U.S., strange things happen when you make even a small mistake on a form. Sometimes, they even make all your internets show horrible sex films.
