I'm new to affiliate marketing and I was looking for some pointers. I'm working on a website providing dating tips and I was going to advertise a dating site/sites. What are some good dating sites I should advertise that give decent commission?

Not date.com or any site owned by date.com. Over 50% of my conversions were scrubbed. I hear the best converting dating sites are the ones that are niched out. Mainly the gay ones, then Christian (targeted at women). Not sure how much experience you have writing that kind of content though.

genecahill: do your research. Make sure you know what demographic you are attempting to reach and plan accordingly. If you don't know, then do some more research.
