How does one start a CPA network like AzoogleAds?

Whats the process and knowledge you need to know before creating a successful affiliate network like AzoogleAds, XY7 and CJ?

jsut something I'm thinking about for later future ventures!

I also agree with the two above me.

Anyways, I would imagine that one of the major proponents to having a successful affiliate network is developing solid relationships with the merchants/advertisers to put in your network. This will be one of the main reasons why people join and promote your network. You would probably have to, at the very least, talk to them on the phone to make deals and convince them that your "new network" will be good for them.

The alternate option is just reselling leads from another network, but you won't get the good affiliates/publishers this way.

DirectTrack is well worth the money. It's packed with a thousand bells and whistles. The interface, however, could use some work. :)

CPAEmpire and XY7 both use DT.

You need solid relationships with publishers/affiliates as well as advertisers. Its a bit of a catch-22--you need one to recruit the other.

I'm looking to setup an affiliate program that would work very similar to the gambling industry payout structure. Does direct track support multiple formats of payouts? I.e. deposits, precentages of a certain transaction for the life of a client?

I don't mean to be harsh guys, but if you are asking these questions on a forum then you are SO far away from being ready to start your own affiliate network that you should consider other more viable options.

Forget about the software for the time being. What is your business plan? Who is backing it? Who is providing the initial cash flow? Why would a merchant choose you? Why should an affiliate trust you?

Many affiliates (especially big ones) simply won't join your program until you have a history of trustworthiness and payouts. How are you going to survive in the interim without many big affiliates?

These are FAR more relevant questions to your position than what type of software you will be using.

Best answer yet IMO
