Prepaid Debit Cards For UK Citizens

Where can I get hold of a prepaid debit card? There seem to be loads in the States - every supermarket/newsagent, but I can't seem to find any over here. I've tried places like the post office, banks, newsagents. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

You're right, I wasnt specific enough.

What I meant was a prepaid gift credit card. For the purposes of anonymity.

The ones on that site require inputting information and "applying" etc...

I'm thinking of the cards you buy for cash without a name and are suitable for giving as a gift and spending immediately.
