I have been running in the Diet area for about 11 months now and have run through a lot of offers trying to split test with my colon traffic.
Not too long after I started, I discovered Bromalite through Karaktr (Karaktr Media :: Leading offers with more incentives.) and have been split testing it vs a lot of other colon offers.
Here is a list of some of the colon offers I have tested:

Bromalite
Bromalite has converted best for me EPC wise consistently for over half a year now. I consistently see EPCs north of $8. (Not saying it will do that well for everyone) It was a great find for me and realy helped my businesses ROI on diet products. If I had not continued to split test, I would have never found it. Since then, I have used it as the bar and have continued to split test other offers and it has always come out ahead.
On top of that, they are the only offer I know that will pay you a residual on re-bills. You should check them out if you have any diet traffic and let me know how they do for you. My rep there is Luke so you can ask for him. It is also common for me to have conversations with their President and he is very accessible if I ever need anything at all.
Moral of the Story - no matter what offer you are running, or how good it is doing for you, their is ALWAYS room for improvement so keep split testing small slices of your traffic and make that cash.
