i'm new to ppc and facebook and this forum.. i dunno if this has already been discussed here.. anyhow.. ill set off my campaigns in the morning at like 9 am .. they'll use like 1800 dollars worth of traffic fast as hell then basically it'll just die.. and clicks will continue to slowly come in for the rest of the night? this normal? is it because my daily spend is capped at 3k?

i have a certain time frame that i have to complete my marketing in in each day so this is bs that it is all the sudden happening..

hopefully if they move my cap up to 10k it'll fix this..

anyone?
 


Facebook spreads out your adspend. (and with that, your impressions/clicks) throughout over a 24 hour period.

So if you have a daily budget of $2500, their system will serve your ad impressions at intervals throughout the day with your very last batch of impressions coming around 11-11:30 at night … this assumes, of course, that you have a campaign that is ‘good’ enough to deplete your budget.

Now this can be useful. Lets say you offer converts extreamly well at around 1pm in the afternoon. What you can do is keep the campaign paused up untill that 1pm target time, then at 1pm turn your ads on and they are going to display at a much faster rate during that time because it's going to try and catch up with spending your budget. If that makes sense...

The only thing reps do is bump your spend cap... From the first day on FB I was bumped to 3k to start. Just ask them
 
ya my boy has been doing ppc for a hot minute he gave me jeff's email shot him an email and he shot me up to 3k no questions asked..

rancor good call on waiting till later in the day.. i actually noticed that yesterday.. started my campaign at like 3 pm and did way better than today even though today i started running traff at 9 am.. just curious as to why they would send 1800 worth of traffic then basically just stop it..

what time zone is the daily spend on.. eastern?
