Since I need updating content for my landing page's quality score and I don't want visitors to see it, what's a good way to hide it on the lander?

1. Putting it all in a small iframe or frame
2. Putting the landing page material on a separate z-index layer so it covers up the updated content.
3. Even better method?

Thanks.
