As some of you may already know 99% of the internets poker sites shut their service down to US users. Estimates say the US makes up 50% of the worldwide users on poker sites.

This is a huge opportunity for anyone who knows how to market online. Think about it, millions of US poker players cant play poker anymore. People who gamble are like junkies they need their fix. Pookie in New Jack City couldnt stay off the Crack and neither can US poker players.

Copeac.com has the ONLY legal way to play poker online. BetZip.com is the only Legal poker site open to US residents. Sign up at Copeac.com and run this offer. Keywords for poker on Google are cheap. i set up a campaign last night 23 keywords, i got 27K impressions so far and 100 clicks. I suck at search marketing i just put it up to see what the market was like. Now i am telling everyone here about it. You guys are much better than i am at search.

dont miss the opportunity, I bet within a week everyone will have found a way to gamble again.

Why are those sites legal?

Its a subscription based model. Not actual gambling. The amount someone can lose is controled. But you can actually win money. For a big player they would hate this site, for the average player they might like the fact they can control how much they lose.

Also if you run this offer in search you might want to GEO target. Betzip only accepts these states:
Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, District of Columbia

I believe I also read that StarsPoker is still operating, under the pretense that it is a "skill based game", not random chance.

FullTilt is accepting US players too. The only concerns with these sites is they are contributing to the violation of the US law, not sure what the US can do to them but if they got shut down i doubt anyone would get paid. Since i am sure the US would move to seize the assets.

I play at FullTilt everyday, I really not worried about them getting shut down. From what I understand about the new law it doesn't make online poker illegal in any way, only for american financial institutions to transfer mone into a gambling company (checks are the looophole). There is no laws that I know of that make it illegal to play poker online in the US. Correct me if i'm wrong though.

Gambling is illegal in the US. The US veiws poker as gambling, just like slot machines or black jack, even though its a skill game. The law took aim at the financial institutions who help to fund online casinos and poker sites. They might not be able to go after the casino or poker site directly but they can go after those who fund the sites like netteller.

I actually signed up at fulltilt last night and deposited money from my bank account. I think my bank ended up rejecting the deposit but fulltilt thought it was accepted. Basically i played for free on their money last night. At some point the poker sites are going to realize that banks are going to pull the funds back once they find out what it is for. In that scenario no one wins. I even checked my account online this AM and still dont see the transaction from last night in there. This can be very bad for the poker sites and may force them to not accept US players, maybe party poker and the others knew this was going to happen, thats why they stopped all together.

Gambling online has always been illegal or at least a very grey area. US law has no control on sites like FTP allowing people in the US to sign up since they aren't based here.

The new bill that passed basically denies you from depositing into these gambling sites with your bank acct/credit card and banks have 270 days from the day the bill passed to make sure this goes into complete affect.

Online gambling will never die though, there will be plenty (maybe not plenty, but enough) of alternate ways to fund your sportsbook/poker account in the future.

I don't entirely agree with the OP's post though. I know he's a respected participant and has Jon's seal but 99% of the companies have not shut down and well Stars and FullTilt have concluded that the legislation doesn't violate the players. Granted I am now out of the whole poker scene but I was an affiliate for five different sites with a lot of experience in the field. I just don't see many people signing up and paying $20/mo to play on a poker site.
This afternoon I spent some time with one of the affiliate managers at Copeac and the deal however lucrative it does sound I just don't see a huge market for people subscribing to a monthly service to play cards when they can still get to PokerStars or FullTilt (granted it might be a little harder now).
I agree that poker is still a very grey area and has always been with legislation. And I think that Frist achieved his objective in getting this added to of all things a Port Security Bill. Which basically means it will be harder for the fish to get money online which is why poker has been so lucrative online for most players.

mkrongel is right the betzip.com offer has done wonders for me. i have only received high conversions from using it. i would listen to him he has steered me in the right direction... its worth a shot....

Rick,

Not to get too intrusive but how many guys have you signed up that are willing to pay $20/mo? It's interesting I guess proves me wrong in the short term. I will say the amount you get per lead is pretty interesting thats why I spent some of the day reseraching it.

I would pay $20 a month to play online if the games were good and there was no where else I could play for free that offered loose games...but with the other options still available I would go to fulltilt...pokerstars had too many knowledgeable players at the 3/6 level back when I played in college.

id have check my stats but last time i checked about 32 people.... in a few days....

all i am saying is its copeacs offers have done wonderful for me and i am just giving my approval for them just as jon was before.... they are a great affilate company thats why i put there link up... i just see it as why not give it a shot...

I hope my previous comments didn't come across as negative. I was just skeptical but obviosuly things are going good so maybe I should re-consider. Are a lot of your players coming through word of mouth, PPC? Congrats on the success. And yes there affiliate (which I was approved for) Seems to have a ton of deals that I wish I knew how to market properly at this time. Feel free to PM.
