Title is pretty self explanatory, looking for feedback on anyone who have used the above CRM tools for their hard/soft good affinity/continuity programs.

Looking for ideas on volume you have pushed through their system, how they scaled, managed merchant acct/mid throttling, fulfillment integration, etc.

Feel free to PM me to discuss offline

Thanks for your help!

are these the main 2 players in continuity billing solutions (that cater to the products we all like to push)

its hard to find references or compare companies like this. I was looking at Orange but did not know who else to look at to run this type of billing.

Hopefully people can post some further insight here.

I am currently using OrangeCRM and I'm extremely happy with them. They have a lot of experience in the continuity programs that we all run and they can help with not only CRM questions but biz dev questions as well.

They can handle high volume, have load balancing, fulfillment...everything u need. The best part of using them is the customer service...these guys know what they're doing. And, their pricing is unbeatable for their service.

After having a epic failure with another company, I'm happy to endorse these guys. If you want more details, I would ask Smaxor, I know he works with them.

Well, my experience tying to contact them and getting a quote was completely the opposite.

No answer to request for quote or demo, never even bother to reply. My partner in Vegas filled up their online form also, same results. Called 3 times, always unavailable.

Ended up signing with TMSPay, a bit more expensive but truly amazing service, replies within minutes, they gave us a thorough online demo, offered to train our call center, assist in design , consulting, etc. Really professional.

My experience with TMSPay was quite the opposite of what you describe. I have a couple questions. How can you efficiently run an offer with a CRM that has no reports and doesn't allow you to host your own sales page?

For what is worth, Orange called me today. Apparently, the miss-communication was due to a mail delivery issue.

They offered an apology and sounded sincere and willing to help.
