Well the IL AG's case will, for better or worse, set a precedent for other state's AG's. I'd be particularly concerned if I was a CA or NY affiliate, as those AG's seem to be trigger-happy on anything that could be spun as a pro-everyman populist agenda in an upcoming election.

From what i hear this is the complete opposite of what you think. The AG and oprah will be lucky to get a dime as my understanding is they lost a lot of money and still owe a lot to third parties.
Whoa, I'd better recheck my sources then. On the plus side, if the AG can't get anything out of them, then she won't be setting much of an example.
