I was in a well know store and on the way out i was asked for a receipt, I threw it away the second i got it. so i walk threw the front door to try and leave and they stop me and ask for the receipt i told them i dont have it but they can ask the cashier if i paid they refused and demanded i show them the receipt this goes on for 5 minutes till we find the damn thing. at this time they let me go and i go back in the story to pick up some food i order from a fast food place that was in the store. ( i had planed to laod my car up with all the shit i got and come back in )

I get my fast food and go to walk out again and yet again they stop me check all the stuff in my cart and ask for the receipt yet again at this point every employee in the damn store was up front making sure i didn't leave i get on the phone get my friend to come back in with the fucking receipt yet again. affter going back in forth with the same people that just went over this same issue 5 minutes ago i finally i leave.

i had four people with me, can i sue these jerk off for accusing me of stealing not only once but twice.

and if so what type of lawyer do i contact ? I'm not one to sue but this is just plan rude and they did it twice with in minutes of each other

I never sued in my life but they made a huge deal out of it two different times, one time ok the second time i was really pissed i clearly wasn't stealing and it's bull shit the hoops they made me jump threw just to be dick heads

you can always claim you now have a fear of shopping

i went back yesterday to exchange some shit and the same people were there and said they wont allow me to it was a Samara i brought the night this happened it sucked balls and i wanted to upgrade to better one they said no

I'm pretty sure store employee's actually can't lawfully hold you unless they have proof you stole the item, push them aside next time. If they forcefully assault you after that you'd have a case.

Waaah, waaaaaaaaah. Don't be a fucking pussy.

a) You KNEW they were checking, why did you walk in a second time without the receipt?

b) The thing you wanted to exchange wasn't broken, you just realized you wanted to buy something different. Tough shit!

My advice?

Grow a pair.

You cant take "carts" inside and out of stores without expecting this. What were you thinking, that theyre gonna allow a punk with a shopping cart full of bags to waltz in and out of their store? What would you think if you were security?

You are coming off as a huge fuckin pussy in this story. Tell them you didn't steal the shit and show them receipt. If they keep bitching take the shit in and get your money back and never shop there again or just take off with the stuff that you bought. You would have no case trying to sue.

I'd love to be in the court room.

Judge: "So, the reason for this lawsuit is...?"
OP: "Emotional distress. I had to show them a receipt. TWICE!"
Judge: "Um yeah, you're a bitch and you're wasting my time. Next."

Number one, I can't believe you took the time to type out a post about it.

"Just wait until I get home. I'm going straight to the computer and post this on Wickedfire. They'll tell me how fucked up that was and support my wish to sue"

Number two, who throws the receipt away before they even leave the store?

"Why do I need this? There's no way those guys at the door checking receipts will want to see mine. I'm fucking special."

Fuck you. Tits or GTFO.

Number one, I can't believe you took the time to type out a post about it.

Maybe he saved time by typing this on the can.

Number two, who throws the receipt away before they even leave the store?

He was prairie dogging , he needed something to plug the hole til he got home.

I'm curious bout this though:

I get my fast food and go to walk out again and yet again they stop me

Apparently the "well known" store has a fast food joint in it... lemme guess... Walmart, Target or KMart?

they stop every single person when they leave sam's club. guess all those people should sue too...
