i carefully read the rules, and didnt find any knowladge about posting links to seo/affiliate related blogs articles.
i dont want to put all the text here, but instead give a link to the blog(a very well known one-blue hat seo.

he talkes about a very creative technique of real estating keywords with places that give you free subdomain. he calls that keyword real estate.

Blue Hat SEO-Advanced SEO Tactics Keyword Real Estate

i have a few questions, after you read it and hopefully learned a new trick.
first, how legit is blue seo? i know its a combination of both white and some black, in a creative way.
but can you get banned using some of this methods? or its just a very creative and legit seo?

second, he talks about parking(call it that?) your page with a link to your site, in alot of sites that give you subdomains.
in the replys there to a question of how many you can have, he says as much as you can catch.

is it true? so the only problem is the work of registering each acount?
can i take 5 and even 10 keywords, and open 50 acounts per keyword=5-10 acounts in each of the 50 sites? wouldnt it be a little wierd for google and will become "black hat"?

if there is some problem with the post linking to another site, i will edit it, but it looks like a very informative blog i guess alot of you know.
for those who know this method, does it work?

thanks.

i just learned the owner of the blog is a mod here (: (:.
i will appreciate if you can shade more lights, eli.

big thank you.

Yeah.. KW real estate DOES work, and you should be doing it. This is one of the more innocent techniques that eli proposes, and it would be tough to get banned using this technique. I have had some free blog accounts deleted, losing the links, but that is the worst that happened. Also, u may want to switch IP's a few times while creating multiple new accounts(if u don't know how, sorry, you'll learn).

There are many of eli's techniques that you absolutely can get your site banned for using. He doesn't hold your hand which means you can apply them haphazardly in true n00b fashion. It takes a little bit of finesse and ingenuity to apply some of what he says. When you get a site banned, just try figure out why and fix the problem for your next site.

and what does blue hat mean to me? IMHO...
Blue hat is what i like to call fringe seo. Not a single action that I take could be really considered "black hat", but when you automate and combine all of those actions the sum total certainly could not be considered white hat. It is search engine manipulation WITHOUT overtly breaking singular rules.
of course, this is just my conception. Eli or another pro might answer differently and their answer would hold 100 times more weight than mine.

^couldn't of said it any better myself :)
Also yeah setting up the blogs is the hardest part like with the ips as jimmy1 mentioned and the constantly changing login and join forms. After that there is a lot of tools that allow you to maintain and post to them. When you get to that stage I can make a list of a few off the top of my head that may make your life a lil' easier. Finally, just since SEO has evolved a lot since that post there has been a lot more additions to it. People aren't just going for free blogging and free hosting sites anymore. They're also hitting up wiki sites, social bookmarking and squidoo/hubpage type sites with the technique as well.

and yeah referencing IM related blog posts here is fine.
