I've heard so much of companies giving $14.00 on it, I know Xy7.com and PMA has it.

It converts well, especially with the right ad copy. The advertiser are very sketchy, beware of your ad copies...

I need to figure out how to MLM this shit, I can get way more than $14 on that offer. I know many (most?) networks do that.

For starters check out A4D, EWA and Motive. All with payouts better than $14.
