How to get Rebills approved in MSN?

Hi Guys

I just switched over from Google to MSN and I'm having trouble getting shit approved. Here the situation:

I tried to push a Site with an Acai and a Colon product on it. It started running for about an hour, then it got disapproved.

I tried a whole bunch of variations on the ad but it didn't help so I sent a support request. They didn't get back to me for a few hours so I decided to call them and they told me that Acai was not allowed to be advertised.

So I changed the LP, took Acai off and replaced it with another rebill Diet product.

Submitted again but just got disapproved within minutes. So I called again. Then they gave me some bullshit answer about false advertising since it said as seen on Fox on the website. I asked them if my ads were actually getting reviewed or if they were automatically denied and I didn't get an answer.

So last night I got finally an answer for my support e-mail and parts of it said:

Your account has been identified in a group of advertisers who are committing multiple violations of our Microsoft adCenter Editorial Guidelines, including guidelines for relevant keywords, relevant landing pages and/or duplicate ads.

The specific issues involve the way your website operates and include:

  • Negative option billing – terms and conditions that involve a monthly billing for products the consumer may not know they have purchased
  • Trapping on the order page – the inability to exit the site from the order page
  • Unverifiable claims
So what do I do? I'd hate to not give Bing a try as they seem to have good traffic. How do I get around these regulations?

New URL and not mention Acai ever again?
New Account (what's needed?) and then never mention Acai again?

Seems to me like my account is permafucked but I was hoping someone here had some insights.

acct is totally blasted. msn been real uppity since march bout berriezz. get a new acct but it has to be on a new name + addy. they nuked 3 of mine in a row back in the day.

How are they tracking the names if I change address and CC number?

That seems excessive.
 
when i said name i meant addy actually, my b. im not sure if theyd still nail you on the name -- perhaps if its a super unique name.

So with a new account and not mentioning Acai wether in the keywords nor on the website, will rebills run?
 
'rebills' or diet/teeth/bizopp/wrinkle? any of those 4 likely to get you nuked. less on-the-beaten-path stuff may or may not work... i have some less mainstream stuff working atm (not the major niches).

Well I'll give some less known diet one a try then with the colon. I'll see if that works. Do I need a new account if I switch URL?
