My site was recently #3 for a keyphrase on Google, and yesterday I realized it was deindexed.
It's a site with about 7 pages of unique information. The main page does have a "Free Trial" button at the bottom, but can this be the reason why G decided to deindex the site?

Recently I started some sites for slightly shady products, cloaked my aff link and did a robots.txt finely controlling where things go.

The sites are not found and have over 50 links. Google has some good anti affiliate filter running right now me thinks.

Fucking communists.

So what now? Do I wait til the site starts showing up or start fresh on another site within the same niche?
This sucks.

it's sandboxed.

How long does this usually take?

it depends...

is it a new site? if yes, then you might have experienced the standard rank and fall of most new sites...and all that is needed are a few internal links, cloaking your affiliate links legitimately and a few external links (most important).

otherwise, verify your site with Google's Webmaster Tools (GWT) and see if they have any messages waiting for you regarding problems crawling the site, indexing the site, etc.

if GWT does not tell you anything after a couple days being verified, i would submit a request to be included again but make sure your site is as clean/white hat as it can be if you're going to submit a request via GWT.

The site is about 3-4 months old.

call it masking your affiliate links for fuck sakes. its not cloaking. it will never be cloaking.

fuck.
