Anyone CROSS SELLING Adult Offers?

My boy told me he has friends that drive traffic to a page that pushes two cams sites at once using what he calls cross selling. At the bottom of the registration page is a check box that is pre-pop and tells the customer that he is ALSO getting signed up for a second cam site.

Now my boy is selling lifetime free registrations for which the customer has to put in a credit card but nothing is charged to the card. This way my boy gets double payout.

Anyone else doing similar?
