I'm intending to sell a product online.
Sales page and copy writing i can manage.
But for the payments options, i would actually want to offer my customers two payment options only which is credit card and paypal.
I'm thinking of using Paypal merchant services as the payment processing option.
Can i have customers buying using credit card without having to sign up for a paypal account? Meaning it would be standalone type

Secondly, i would also like to integrate affiliate features in my site.
Scripts that i found at the moment would be
iDevDirect, Affiliate Pro, Post Affiliate Pro
what would you recommend?

any other ideas would be much appreciated

extra note:
or should i go with selling it thru clickbank,e-junkie, and 1shoppingcart.com?
cuz it has full integration of selling and also affiliate management

People don't have to signup for an account to pay via Paypal. So yes, your customers can simply use their credit card through Paypal. However, the payment page can be confusing to non-web-savvy users (they'll think they have to signup). At this point, you might want to look into Paypal Website Payments Pro to integrate the credit card form onto your page.

thanks for the reply
well, honestly, it's confusing to me too
since i've tried accessing some onlines sales page using paypal which i don't really see the option of paying without signing up.
guess i need to direct my people using a simpler way

I'd put it on Clickbank. You'll pick up affiliates and they take care of all the payment shit. You could probably make more using another place though because Clickbank doesn't really have one-click upsells unless you have over 5k sales with your product and you meet the refund requirement guidelines.

So you gotta decide if you want the extra money from having better upsells or less money and not have to deal with paying affiliates and all the transaction shit.

Most people on this forum hate clickbank, because it does indeed suck... if your an affiliate. But being a vendor fucking rocks because they take care of so much shit for you.

i've been thinking as my market will be limited to my country only (i want it that way).
therefore having it up on clickbank or any other sites seems not that relevant but still people from other countries could help me sell the product to people in my country.

i'm the sole distributor of the product.
therefore i would just need a simple payment processing and affiliate management-tracking system running.

i'm looking at aMember Pro, seeing if it meets my needs.
