I decided to make my first post a helpful one!
So first off before anybody says "this is not a good idea" or "what a waste of time" please realize I am posting this method due to the fact that I have made money using it and also I am wanting to help out fellow members. This method is working with $1 free sign ups. Also there are so many alternatives to this method that I do not mind making one of them public.
First off if you don't have a rude.com (an XXX live social networking site for adults) affiliate account go sign up right away, at www.Rude.com (that's with my affiliate link. Non-referral link can be found below) since there is money to be earned. Next, as a starter, you will want to go to Youtube which is a popular video site, and sign up. Notice I have made a minimum of $200 a month, depending solely on Youtube. If you want the url just google it you will get the link. I am not going to go that far for you lazy money makers.

Once you cash out your earnings you will most likely get an email from
your AM asking you where your traffic is coming from because its all type in traffic.
Just tell them you promote on Youtube with videos, its totally cool with them. Id recommend emailing your AM first to let them know
where your traffic is coming from so it won't delay you getting your check.
Once you get your linking codes you will need a domain to redirect it to.
I came up with easy to remember video domain from GoDaddy (WatchPorns.info) and redirected it to my affiliate link. Simple, and only $0.99!
Then head over to Youtube and search for sexy girls, porn stars, etc.
Pretty much any video with a girl being sexy in it. What you will do next is to simple write a CREATIVE comment, persuading the average reader to check your website, i.e "She's hot, but I've seen hotter girls over at WatchPorns.info".
Using this method and incorporating your own twist, you can easily make $1000 or more per month. Just think outside the box.
