was tripping balls at first. hilarious to know so many here reacted the same way.
I doubt any of you guys will get sued over a "class action" for what you do. Class action means you pissed off a great many people. And Wicked Fire users don't count.
Hey if you want to get sued, I suggest you create something unique, like, uh, a rape tunnel or something.
I'm actually an affiliate for that guy. He gives me $7/lead and I've signed up half of WickedFire.
It depends on the background color of the email. If the it is closely matched to the text color then you should throw all your money at it. Their case is strong!
Yea I got the e-mail too. Pretty lame, I usually like receiving those messages because it usually means you get free service or money or something, but not this one, they're just charging over 4 million dollars in attorney fees.
lol I feel better now, I was laying on the couch watching "HIMYM", phone dinged with new emails thought i would give them a quick glance - saw the email about lawsuit almost threw laptop on the floor getting up and going to the desktop in the home office..
It was like a chase scene from cops..
