What are the top ad serving networks with volume?

adsonar pretty much sucks they make you put so much shit on your website its almost not even worth trying to figure out what they do and don't want on it because there rep support is a joke. Not to mention i think there traffic pretty much blows.

adblade has been ok for me but i don't see much volume. But there slowly starting to turn out like adsonar with the compliance crap.

adready basically made me get a contract with them before i could use them. At the time i was pushing good volume and said 5,000$ a month I would contract to work with them every month for 3 months and if i din't fill that goal they would charge me 3,000$ till i did in that timeframe. Well after a horrible signup/contract procedure that literally took a week to get things up in going to a point where i could start running my offer they told me the day my campaign would be turned on that they no longer accepted those types of offers. I was pissed since i signed on just for those kinds of offers.
I basically lost 3,000$ for nothing.

wheres an ad network with good volume and less compliance issues? I've come across some lists that name some ad serving networks multiple times but when i check them out they either seem new and no volume or they seem kinda untrust worthy since most of these networks you never even hear about.

Is anyone else working with ad serving networks anymore? I heard they were huge before and after the mass google banns but now you hardly hear anything about them all you hear about is facebook. Anyone recommend anything?

you're going to be a very unhappy man.

you're trying to look for perfection but as the saying goes, "....

Just so you know, AdBuyer just buys traffic on RightMedia exchange. Not saying it's not worth a try, but you should at least know where the traffic is coming from. If you're just looking for volume, here ya go

You'll still have to run test campaigns to see what works, but you can get more volume that you can handle.

AdBuyer buys traffic across Right Media, DoubleClick Adx, OpenX, and Appnexus. Not all affiliate offers can run on Appnexus and DoubleClick Adx.

In terms of Right Media, AdBuyer has developed a targeting tool called Audience Scores that allows marketers to target the impressions that have worked for advertisers like them in the past, allowing advertisers to get results faster and with less test spend.

The list of ad networks is "sort of" the true story. But there's a seismic shift in the industry as more and more of the non-premium inventory is accessible through the major ad exchanges. Most of the inventory that's available through ad networks can be purchased directly through the exchanges. And if it's not there today, it will be in the next two years.

The opportunity for smart marketers is to understand the ad exchange landscape and start buying the media directly. Most smart marketers buy their search traffic directly from the source (Google, Yahoo, MSN) - they are just now being enabled to purchase it directly from the exchanges. It's an evolving landscape with lots of partial solutions (including our own), but offers giant returns for the marketers that figure it out early (just like paid search in 2002).

That being said, your "Audience Scores" cannibalize active campaigns by providing that data to anyone that signs up...

While Audience Finder must, by virtue of its model, marginally increase bid prices for each singular impression group, it is important for us to understand what occurs with virtually all other pure buy-side or arbitrager ad networks operating on exchanges. The moment we begin a campaign with any of them it is in everyone's best interests to construct a placement/demo/behavioral/contextual strategy. An integral part of this research process is the inclusion of data from the ad networks regarding what has previously worked for other Affiliates in their space. In any case the networks will, based on a variety of factors, give you placements that mimmick (i.e. steal from only if you outbid them) what has worked for other advertisers in your vertical.

While the process begins there, every affiliate campaign is different based on LP's, creatives, offers and desired CPA's. This means that over time a better picture of what converts well for you will be drawn over time, but the process started with competitive intelligence in mind. Where this becomes critical is in the exchange space. RightMedia has notoriously garbage traffic, and any affiliate who wishes to purchase inventory there run-of -network is asking to get their ass handed to them. In Adbuyer's case, the audience finder score reflects this industry-wide acknowledgement of media planning based on competitive intelligence, but offers it self serve.

The final important point here is that all exchanges are growing at a tremendous pace, and it would be difficult to envision a scenario where one single affiliate buys up everything that converts on all of them...its just not gonna happen. Adbuyer isn't selling out affiliate campaigns, there just sugar coating and trademarking(?) an already standard industry operating practice.

full disclosure: I've worked with Adbuyer in the past but no longer run with them.

I'm currently running with Adbuyer. And i have to say, they are pretty good. My account manager Jessica is extremely active, sometimes even replying my emails at like 9PM and even on weekends. Their platform isn't as good as it should be. But i can live with that as long as I'm making money.

But there's one thing that pisses me off is that they dont have IM. So i have to constantly email them instead of just IMing. It is a hassle at times especially when something is up ...

wow, afaik you are one of a few very lucky men. ever tried delivering ads on your own and then comparing it to adbuyer's stats? 50-70% discrepancies, if you get lucky.

also, this appnexus they keep talking about must be something very very important and private, because there's no damn site that i could find on google about it.

also, if you want rightmedia, openx and other stuff, you'll be able to get it cheaper, just look around.

PS: The reason why there's nobody anymore talking about these networks is bc they actually make people money. and you dont just give away information like that after google and other high quality ad networks kill your accounts.
