jesus, did you read the pdf at the bottom of that page? they go line by line and describe everything that [allegedly] went down. detailed conversations, threats, etc.

definitely a must read. azoogle is [allegedly] crazy. no wonder people are quitting over there.

I stopped at page 33, but there's some serious drama going on! I'm curious how this will end.

The results of this case is gonna be really interesting.

The original DazzleSmile invents a teeth whitener. They try rebills, people are not happy, so they try and please people and cut the rebills.

Then a marketing company comes along and creates DazzleSmilePro. They do a shit load more business then the original DS company and annoy a crap load of customers. Now customers across the internet are pissed at a teeth whiteing company called DazzleSmilePro and some get mixed up and call it DazzleSmile as well.

Understandably, the original DS is pissed, and now wants to sue.

I think they could win that maybe.

The prob comes when you try and sue the super huge/rich search engine companies for adverts on their systems. The prob being just cos people advertise on Google doesn't actually make Google responsible for the wrong doings of the advertisers.

Or does it?

He reminds me of Vincent James/Passafume or whatever his last name was. This guy banked almost $100 mill through rebill offers (penis pills, breast enlargement offers etc).

He was making money so hard n fast the government had to step in and screw him over. But when you listen to the guy speak you realise he's actually a super clever marketing mind. I mean this guy is really sharp.

That was like 10 years ago. Today we have Jesse Willms, but at least he was smart enough to go offshore. If he's that smart he'll actually keep whatever he's made so far (and not pay tax on it either - DAMN MAN)!!

Interesting! But I thought VJ did his rebills OFFLINE, ie, through direct mails and stuff? There's also Jeff Paul, the infomercial dude... wonder how much he's banked off his Make Monies Online product...
 
I would hardly call this a PR offensive. Jesse has been "trying" to do SEO for a few months now for his name, that's all. I would too if my personal name was being dragged through the mud on every complaint board.
