Need recommendations for a host (shared, vps, dedi, doesn't matter) anywhere in the world that won't cave to silly emails from lawyers. Nothing too sketchy. Just a little trademark infringement.

I talked to the owner Pushkin through aim and he said they have shut down for foreigners(they r in russia) at the moment. If you want to talk to him, let me know.
