Is Direct Linking with PPC to CPA Campaigns Dead?

Hey man, apart from one or two I don't think you'll be getting much good advice from here. These guys are so cool counting their monies on their mansions so they won't reveal their good practices obviously. Online validation at its best.
It's good practice to instruct yourself and read ebooks or watch videos to get an understanding of what you'll need and want to do, and better than that is to take action like you do. A small percentage of people will take action, and if they do, a smaller still will keep going at it.
I think Gauher's formula, along with other PPC courses, were made before the google slap, and you now need a landing page to be effective.
By the way I'm also doing what you're doing, I'm direct linking on Adwords of a campaign I setup today and I'm seeing 0 clicks as you do. The estimation traffic mentioned by Google (inside Adwords) is 0 as well. If I do not see results in the next couple of days I'll get a template review page, or similar, and get going. You should probably do the same.
