I am working with a well known reputable CPA Network (for privacy reasons will keep the company’s name and offer confidential).

I spent a lot of time and money creating a Sweepstakes offer. Basically it was an “Enter Sweepstakes” offer to win a car, 1st page convert with Email address/ name and address. On my reports it showed it has gotten 139 clicks and 0 sales. I found it hard to believe that I didn’t get one sale from it and 139 people clicked on the ad. I tested the email submit, and entered all my info (real email etc) and sure enough it showed the click in my report but not the sale.

I explained the situation to my AM. I tested the offer with her by filling out another test, and still nothing. She advised me that “we just looked into it and there are no tracking issues with this offer”. I said that’s not right, and advised her to test it herself. She proceeded to test it herself and fill out the form and submit, and asked me to check my report. I checked my report, and still no sale. I advised her that as well. I also stated ´that isn't really fair that I have advertised and lost 50.00+ advertising something that does not generate me the sale. I understand I should try another offer, but I took the time in designing an ad for this offer , and put money into an offer that doesn't generate sales, only clicks (139 clicks 0 sales), and I have tested it twice. I'm not sure what actions you take. However, I should be reimbursed at least, as that is really unfair.”
She replied “ I tested it once more can you see if that worked for you” Once again I checked my report, and still no sale. I advised her it still didn’t generate a sale. So I tested it 3x total, and my AM tested it twice, and it accounted for clicks, but no sales. She proceed to say that offer isn’t converting well for anyone and its only converting 5% across all traffic sources, and suggested another offer for me to promote. That wasn’t really the point. I obviously know that its not converting anything as people are filling out the form and its not giving me the sale.

My AM obviously doesn’t want to offer any sort of reimbursement… I’m wondering does anybody know any recourse I can take, or has this happened to others, and what to do in this matter? I feel the CPA network should take responsibility for this as I’m not sure who to point the finger at. I trust the Network and have a great relationship with them. But this is completely unfair to me. I have no idea what I can do in this matter, if my AM isn't offering a solution. Any information or suggestions on what I should do to seek reimbursement or action would be great.

Yes it sucks but if you run email/zip submits you will get scrubbed no matter what, it just comes with the territory. Move on and save yourself the headache.

$50 is enough money to test an email submit but you should be prepared to lose it. If you can't swing $50 in PPC then stick to blogs/seo.

yeh it sucks man, but the network should have at least pulled it i mean wow, thats horrible. Did you ask for some credit?

Hurrr Durrr, everyone knows you have to generate at least 141 clicks before the network will start reporting all of your conversions...Dang, you were only 2 clicks away. That sucks. Better luck next time dufus.

No! I wasn't offered anything, nor was it mentioned that it was being pulled from the network. My AM kept repeating this offer isn't so good. and for me to move on and try another one, well yeah! of course I know that, it was paused, and now deleted.

It was proven with my AM that it wasn't generating the sale.... regardless of how many clicks
I'm surprised she didn't offer anything, and they are still leaving it on their network..I feel like I have been scammed. I wish I paused it earlier though. So theirs nothing I can do in this matter? How do you trust what offer to choose then?

Clear your cookies and then test it. Neither of you probably did this which is why its not tracking.

Hurrrrrr durrrrrr Yes, you have been scammed, sir. Good luck bros.

honestly buddy...150 clicks arent enough to tell you anything. Especially on email submits....er...i would advise you not to touch it and just move on..

150 is enough for me... Especially with incentivized traffic :moon:

If instead of whining here you would have just moved on and tried another offer or network you would have won a lot more. Nobody cares about the $50 you just lost. There are people here that lost $xx.xxx before they managed to make a campaign profitable.

So stop the drama and move on or GTFO.
