Things have kind of been winding down for me the last few weeks, heading into the holiday season. I decided to take advantage of this time and do some strategic planning for 2010.

I do quite a bit of client work in addition to AM, and most of 2009 was shoot from the hip. This year I decided to get all my ducks in a row so I can hit the new year with a clear head. E.g. overall strategy, financial projections, sales & marketing plans, getting a CRM setup (and actually use it), getting good project management software & methodologies lined up. Basically being more efficient.

One of my goals is to outsource a LOT more. After doing an audit of the way I spend my time over the past few months, I've noticed that I waste an awful lot of time on low level crap that probably isn't the best use of resources.

So what about all of you. What are your goals and objectives for the new year?

Its gonna look like Ryan Eagles away status. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

My goal is 10k a day profit. One of those aim for the moon hit a bird rather than aim for a bird and hit a rock things

I've been doing a lot of SEO on several projects lately, so I'm expecting for those to start paying dividends in the first quarter of 010. I've been hovering around the $500 per day profit level right now so I'm working my ass off to get that up in the $700-$1000. I'm not a PPC baller mind you. All of my projects are long term earners via strong SEO.

One of my goals for 2010 is to get my link building network in order so I have about half a million indexed pages that I can use for linking to my money sites. I'd also like to learn how to automate some of my daily tasks.

$3,000/daily profit by the end of June.

I'm in the same boat as efeezy and have really been working my ass off with some sites so that in January, when the bitches need the berries, I'll be making solid money so I can expand and grow.

Hopefully Google doesn't decide to but fuck everyone when implementing their new shit in the new year. :)

Here are some pics of my goals: http://www.wickedfire.com/shooting-shit/78452-what-pics-keeps-you-motivated.html

That apartment complex is sick, if it can even be called an apartment complex.

2010 goals are as follows (not in any order):

1) Find a good workout routine and stick with it, getting to my necessary weight and building my body like I want (a good perk of college: amazing and free gym).

2) Get that 4.0 I've been searching for three semesters of college. I've got a lot of marketing and Internet security classes, and the real worlds given me a lot o knowledge in this, so I should be good to go as far as that goal is concerned.

3) Make some serious money. I want to have enough money from various marketing and online pursuits to be able to afford a nice two-week getaway to Orlando for my girlfriend and I, as well as a nice savings set aside for future use. Oh, and a second monitor so I can be ballin' with the rest of you guys.

1. Design 1,000 logos (At 949 now, which means I'll reach that number before the end of January) - easy goal.

2. Get designcourse.com generating 5 members a day consistently (current at 1) before 2011.

3. If I reach #2, I can drastically increase my web/logo design prices so I don't have as much client workload.

If you make it down here, let me know and I'll give you good suggestions about stuff to do / places to go out etc. Few other Orlando peeps around here too besides me.

Thanks! We've actually had it planned out for almost a year now, but we want to make sure we have more than enough money to have an amazing time while we're there. Zero skimping, pure win.

We're hoping for late July 2010, maybe a bit earlier or even in the beginning of August. Gonna spend several days kicking it at Universal Orlando (Theme parks are my weakness), and plan on staying at the... Portofino Bay? Pretty sure that was the lavish one...

Nice. Islands of Adventure is the best park here (IMHO). If you want to go out though (drinks etc), I would get away from the attractions and head up I-4 to downtown Orlando (Church St.).
