What you get:
FactsBox.com is an AJAX powered entertainment site that allows visitors to read random facts.

The site has only a few functions, which allow it to easily be used and make it's quite attractive. Basically you choose the amount of facts you would like to view each time you click the "Get A New Fact" link and that amount of facts is shown randomly. The site is powered by custom AJAX, which allows everything to load within the page, so there is no waiting for the page to refresh.

You get this complete custom script AND the database of over 3,000 facts.

I had made about $3 within 2 days off of Clicksor, but they they said it "didn't have enough content" and suspended it. I haven't tried AdSense, but I was getting a great CTR with the Clicksor ads. I'm guessing your CTR will be much better with AdSense.

I've been getting hits from StumbleUpon (almost 6,000 this month), some autosurfs, and w57.net.

As far as a BIN goes, how about $500? I'm sure you'll be able to make that back in less than a year. If anything you can sell the script and database :p
 
You never mentioned are you selling URL together with database and script/design?

$500 is rather too much. I'd pay $300 now, and $100 when I make first $50 (or so) with this site via adsense. Traffic is not an issue, I can handle/build that on my own.

btw, I heard you were banned from adsense, is that true? (or I confused you with someone else on other forum)
with which site was that (if it was you) and why?
 
PiLe, the complete site is up for auction. Sorry if I didn't clarify that. I am sure you'll make your first $50 with ease, so if you'd be willing to pay that $400 up front I would accept that offer.

Yes, I was banned from AdSense. It wasn't with a particular site, but rather because they said my account "was linked to another account" or something along those lines. However, it's just a big confusion because I've never had an AdSense account (I just turned 18 this summer). I'm hoping to clear it up soon.

So, the site is safe and it is NOT banned from AdSense, if that is what you were worried about :p

I'll lower my BIN to $400.

As was mentioned above, I've been banned from AdSense (although I believe it was a mistake). That is why I sell my sites. I can't make the money off advertising. However, I did have Clicksor up and it was doing pretty well, which means AdSense should rock :p
 
I have decided to lower the BIN to $300. This is as low as it will go, but if you have any offers or trades, feel free to PM me or post.

The auction will continue until Friday. I am putting a reserve of $200 on the site...so you might as well bid above that if you plan to bid. If you want it you can take it for $300 :)
 
Alright. All PMs have been responded to. Although there has been a lot of interest, there has not been any bids placed. The auction will end at 3:30PM (CST) tomorrow afternoon.

I am leaving the starting bid at $100 because I still still consider any offers under the $200 reserve (if no bids above or at the reserve are met). In other words, I want to sell the site and I need cash :)
