I just signed up with maxbounty and wanted to start some ppc campaigns. They don't seem to have a generic text link that I can redirect too, and you have to get permission to change them. Does this mean I have to design my own landing page before I know if it is going to convert or not? I have been just doing a redirect or framing offers from other programs. Seems like a lot of work for something that I don't know if it will work or not.

Hi all.

MaxBounty doesn't run any PPC offers. All our campaigns pay on a per-lead or per-sale basis. So if you're looking for an adsense style program, we are not it. :)

That said, glad you signed up and if you're new to CPA, you might find yourself pleasantly surprised. Instead of just putting some generic text or banners on your page, try issuing a personal recommendation for a campaign and see if you like the results.

For example....

I just found out about this great site called Bargain.com which....

<insert your text link and tracking code>

Yes, it's different than adsense, but is a model many use quite successfully to earn big revenue. Please free to buzz me if you have any questions, or you can contact your affiliate manager which is listed on the main affiliate page of MaxBounty once you log in.

JP, I was referring to sending ppc traffic to a cpa offer. All you offer is banners and textlinks that I was told I cannot change. I've been sending ppc traffic directly to the affiliates landing page, to test some different things with different networks. Is this possible with you guys or no?

Well the problem comes down to using approved text links, and affiliates abusing leniency when it comes to PPC traffic. Some affiliates were just plain misleading in the text they were using when buying PPC SE traffic, complaints came in, merchants got complaints. So we've been forced to ask approval from merchants if you want to use a text link (your SE text) other than those already suggested by the merchant.

90% of the time, the merchant is on board and will get your text approved very quickly. If the change is minor, we can often even approve on their behalf. It's better to be safe and seek approval than just presume your altered text is fine.

heh should be dude you can definately link an affiliate code on a landing page through maxbounty i think, i havent ran any traffic through them in a while but im pretty sure.

You don't seem to answer questions well (very vague). Please answer to the question he asked.

"I've been sending ppc traffic directly to the affiliates landing page, to test some different things with different networks. Is this possible with you guys or no?"

BTW, I love your high paying ringtone offers :).

Yes you can do that. the key is just asking the AM to approve your text ad prior to. I love MB great network and great pay. Especially since many have been complaining about AZ 2.0

Yeah, what dice said. I just want to test offers before I set up a landing page. I just want a freaking generic link that I can redirect to, like every other aff network has.
