It covers all the highly profitable niches and keywords including:

It currently gets between 300-400 uniques/day

Every article of the site has been individually SEO'd and promoted through article distribution (spun articles), social bookmarks and hand picked link exchanges. About 80% have also been autopligg submitted to 5k sites
The main page and all the categories have been SEO'd to their keywords using lots of blog comments on similar blogs, articles, directory submissions, and social bookmarks as well as my own sites (i'll leave those links up) as well as autopligged. It also has link laundering and automated link promotion equating out to about 75 new links/day from sites in its niche.
The site is basically a link juice monster on the verge of becoming a hard authority blog.

The blog has 143 custom articles. None are automatically generated, they are all custom written by hand by three professional writers on this board. Each are around 400-600 words. Each blog entry also includes an image that fits and perfectly seo'd for easy image search traffic. I haven't done any articles since October unfortunately which is why I'm selling this site (i never sell my sites). I just can't find time to give the site the attention it deserves.
It also has two related and custom database sites as subpages to give it more pages for indexing. However recently due to permission errors I haven't fixed yet they aren't on the site, but they are built in so when we transfer they will show up again.
They are a subdirectory of a vitamins directory and Recipes. They come out to about 30k extra pages total.
The site actually gets a lot of comments on each article but I haven't taken the time to filter out the enormous spam it gets so none are approved atm. The site could really use an owner who can give it some tlc
Profit:
The site has no ads yet but each individual post that comes up quickly ranks for the medium to med-low competition keywords. I was originally planning to start making salescopy posts that push offers for each individual category and subcategory, but never found the time. Once that is done I have no doubt the site will make some great revenue. I also get several offers a month to sell links on it from acai berry and weight loss folks.
