I'm looking into either building out my own interface or outsourcing to someone to track and manage incoming affiliate traffic. Does anyone one have any suggestions/advice on companies out there other than direct track that might be able to meet those needs?

I spoke with them for a few minutes as well...their interface is pretty slick and they have some tools that are mildly useful (campaign clones for PPC, pulls in all your networks offers to one place to look at).
I get that they are in beta, but no self hosted version = fail even if they do look good.
