Registry cleaners, etc.? Discuss.

Hint: this stuff is such a ridiculously easy sell. Direct linking works. Unrelated landing pages work. EVERYTHING WORKS.

So easy even Amit Mehta can do it:

i talked to a guy at ASW that does this with revenuewire. Told me his earnings took a shit when his adwords account got banned. I said "you got banned for promoting fucking registry cleaners"? He said yup.

Registry Cleaners could even be promoted on 404 pages.

"Ooops, something went horribly wrong. Please scan your system.... the problem is definitely on your machine"

Laugh out Loud! The more and more I get into this Affiliate Marketing thing the more I start to realize how evil marketers are lol

Dark side of promoting software:

-Google will ban your account.
-Not allowed for PPV (it removes their software)

Yeah I found out the hard way that Google bans your account for promoting reg cleaners :( Ridiculous...

What kind of traffic sources are you pushing? Yahoo and MSN I assume?

"Yo' Computer Needz a Reg Cleanse Biztch!" Ha.

If only I weren't too lazy to setup a campaign like this. I'll bet it would convert like crazy on MySpace.

Alternatively:

"Ax youself--is yo' box grindin harder than Shantel over at Leroy's Tit Palace? Grab dis RegCleaner2010(tm) and get da crabs out that shit now fool."
