We've 900$ left from our linkbuilding budget - what would you provide for this?

Target should be a clean english site.
We don't care about anchors, just juice.

Only One-Time-Links please, no monthly payments or similiar.

How fast?
- link building should be finished within 3 months, no quick blasting, no spamming. We're looking for natural links (e.g. blog posts, links from older sites etc).
Therefore, no xrummer blasts, at least not on the money site. You can send me your xrummer rates cause we might need some blasts for linkwheels.

We want links that pass much linkjuice. :)

I can guarantee your site will be a minimum of PR5 by the next update (assuming its 45-60 off) hows that for an offer?

Can show other sites I've done this to for proof.
 
Just to clarify...
We don't want link building, so no Xrumer, no article directories, no profile links, no bookmarks etc.
We want to BUY links from established sites (sitewide, mainpage, links from blog posts).
 
I'm game as long as its not a pharm gambling or adult site.
I got some empty link space on my network pm me.

I can provide enough links across a lot of high pr sites of various niches to have at least 150k show up in your indexed backlinks within 3 months and I can put you on a automated blog comments that'll give you between 50-75 new links/day with a 92% success rate on each comment. This will usually result in a pr4-5 on the update after next by itself.
 
wow didn't expect that kind of response in the pms. I am willing to do up to a total of 3 urls. First come first serve. same deal as I'm offering him $900/url. If one person buys all 3 spots they can have it.
