Tax Loophole question

I have a question about tax loopholes. I do link broking as many of you already have seen troll me about.

If i was to recive payments as a donation, rather then a payment does this keep me from having to pay taxes on it.

I hear about cash gifting which is a total scam unless im runing it lol, but i know that up to about 1k it is tax free. So my question to you is this.

First can i do this legaly? Second is this donation tax free?
